Iridology is a technique in which the characteristics of the iris can be examined to determine information about a patient's systemic health. Practitioners match their observations to established iris charts to understand more about what is happening in parts of the human body.
Iridology is used along with other indicators to find potential health problems and the source of illnesses you may be suffering. This is beneficial to suggest further diagnostic testing and where a naturopath or conventional medicine practitioner may be required.
A Long History of Healing and Teaching...
Catherine Opened her clinic in 1984. after starting her studies in Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in 1977. Coming out of semi-retirement she is looking forward to a year of training therapists to go out into the world and bring a shining light to those uneducated in the ways of "mother nature's bounties" and bring hope, trust and compassion back into health care! In these times where the W.H.O would compromise our health with it's dictates we need to find our way into balancing ourselves with Mother Nature and trust that she will show us the best way forward for our ailing population who are so filled with fear.
The first course this year
This course includes full coverage of the treatments on diagnoses from vitamin and mineral treatments to tactile treatment.
"I will be covering one section of the Iris at at time from inner to outer zones with full treatment protocols for each of those areas This will increase treatment programs Covering fully the vitamin mineral aromatherapy , tactile therapies which include reflexology, massage kinesiology And psychological therapies for those areas As this course will extend your knowledge in knowing and understanding a fuller treatment plan mapped out for your clients Each week will be fully inclusive and I recommend all arrive to start on time please at our location in the Central Coast. Looking forward to starting up once again Towards your iridology Certificate or diploma depending on where you are at in your studies! Students may wish to record lessons and review over the week From 8th till 10th week We can invite patients to be observed by you all and make comments on accuracy of diagnosis Nails and tongues will also be shown In context to traditional Chinese medicine"
Every Tuesday 10am to about 2pm (exact timing to be decided).
The cost of the course for new students is $1100. Old returning students pay half and share knowledge to help beginners. The course will take into consideration all aspects of each zone.
Student will need to bring an open mind, writing books or computer to record, a pillow, two towels
(one big, one small), and all items may remain during the course. Some students may be able to be accommodated at $40 including evening meal and breakfast (first in, first served) - available for those travelling long distance! Lunch to share tea / coffee provided. Cups plates provided. Share clean up.
Be aware that the property is all on tank water. Filters are installed. As well mangrove mountain water is available for your use. Toilets will be used as needed for coloured sediments or strong liquids.
